Adding a DLT from Quantum on E3000 running 2.5.1

Thanks for all the help apparently the st.conf file was correct

particular interest in the attached message as our networker

installation runs badly as well. I don't know if the patch helped as

ultimately it turned out the SCSI id selector on the device was broken.

Tahnks again.

Regards,

Stpehen.

Don't know if you have got many reply yet, probably knowing this list.

We usually

get things the next day here in Australia.

You need to put in the patch 103857-08. It fixed all of our DLT

problems. We

use Networker and fsf would take 1 hour, now they take seconds!

I looked at the st.conf file ( the patch changed it) and it looks like:

"Quantum DLT4000", "Quantum DLT 4000", "DLT4",

DLT4 = 1,0x38,0,0xd639,4,0x80,0x80,0x80,0x81,3;

It is a "Sun" DLT.
