wu-ftpd-2.4 Problem Solved

After anonymously ftping to our new wu-ftpd-2.4(3) server, our Solaris
Ultra 2 server running 2.5.1 panics and reboots with a message like this:
panic[cpu0]/thread=0x5080d380:lm_get_me:no ticlts
The Solution:
------------
Create ~ftp/dev/ticlts
The manual page for in.ftpd didn't mention this, but this doesn't seem to
be necessary for SUN's supplied in.ftpd because anonymous ftping to that
didn't panic the machine. On the other hand, the documentation for
wu-ftpd didn't mention this, so keep this in mind if you are going to set
it up.
