Upgrading 2.5 to 2.5.1 with ODS 4.0

Casper Dick had the answer (the only answer):

1. change /opt -> /usr/opt to /opt -> usr/opt.

2. Unmirror /, /usr and swap filesystems before upgrade.

After doing this I got the upgrade option and 2.5.1 installed fine.
