SUMMARU: Error in patch installation on Solaris 2.5

A lot of thanks to all people that tried to help me.

Most of the people:

   Harald van Breederode <hbreeder@nl.oracle.com>

   "Anthony Y. Y. CHOI" <anc@hkstar.com>

   "Carl E. Sloan" <ces@rdr.com>

   Michael Blandford <mikey@lanl.gov>

   "William T. Reckas" <zeke@fnoc.navy.mil>

   Dan Baritchi <dan.baritchi@mci.com>

   Martin Huber <garfield!hu@ie.technion.ac.il>

   Jason Keltz <cs911089@red.ariel.cs.yorku.ca>

   martin@dali.maths.unsw.EDU.AU

   Jens Fischer <jefi@kat.ina.de>

   Bill Wilson <jwgw@star.sr.bham.ac.uk>

are saying that the patch must be installed from /tmp

(I always do so) and the permissions of all files must be 755

(yes, I'm untarring with -p flag, and the permissions are set to 755 -

 I've checked).

"Ronald W. Henderson" <rwh@atmos.albany.edu>:

If your are installing with the Korn Shell (ksh) make sure you do

not have the noclobber setting on.

   set +o noclobber

I tried, but it doesn't help.

Casper Dik <casper@holland.Sun.COM>

pointed me to the Solaris2 FAQ (answer 5.53) - to add an account

"install" in the /etc/passwd - but it doesn't help too !!!

(N.B. - the actual Solaris 2 FAQ is on

  <http://www.fwi.uva.nl/pub/solaris/solaris2.html>. Casper told me, that

it is on <http://www.fwi.uva.nl/pub/solaris/solaris2/>, but it's an old

version - there aren't all answers here.)

So, I'm still unable to install this patch on some computers.

        Here are the errors:

Verifying sufficient filesystem capacity (exhaustive method) ...
