Demo version of SIMS 4.0 and Netscape Dir. 4.1
That was a quick response and got it fixed, all I need to work out is how to
get into the admin console of sims, but that is another story.
The answer was that 'o=internet' was missing from a config file:
/netscape/server4/slapd-<servername>/config/slapd.ldbm.conf
needs the line "suffix o=internet"
