SUMMARIZE - SPARC.PTR
Thanks for all your responses to my problem. Sorry I have taken so long to
SUMMARIZE do to the bad weather and being just busy.
The following is the stated problem and solution.
I have a SPARC printer that fails in local test print mode.
ERROR MSG :"U2" on led display which means the ROS has failed.
SPARCprinter service guide says to "Turn the power off, then on.
If the error persists,consultthe SPARCprinter Field Service Manual"
Well I don't have the Field Service manual. Could someone please
inform me as to how to solve this problem.
solution:SPARC printer needs to be sent out to be serviced.
