clear color map on Solaris 2.3

Sun-managers:

Two answers came in to me:

1) Steve Aldous writes:

Just ftp the clear_colormap from a 4.x machine. this will work but is not

the "correct solution".

2) Andy Feldt writes:

 You need patch 101362-06. It has cleared up the problem for me.

I tried the second solution and so far so good!
