bogus sunos4.1 on cdrom

The problem with the sunos4.1 cdrom apparently was that some binaries

which should have been in the kernel architecture subdirectories

(kvm/sun3_sunos_4_1 and kvm/sun3x_sunos_4_1), were placed in the

application architecture subdirectory (sun3_sunos_4_1). Specifically,

the application architecture subdirectory contained some sun3x binaries.

Consequently, we ended up with sun3x rather than sun3 binaries for w,

trace, adb, and a few others.
