Ultra 80 and 2.6 Recommended Cluster Patch

we are running several Ultra 80's where two of them crashed during the
reboot phase after the 2.6 Recommended Cluster Patch installation with
this message:

fs/procfs:pr_allstopped() not defined proper
panic[cpu]/thread=0x10404000: init_stubs 1

After some investigations we found out that the kernel patch 105181-35 is
responsible for this crash.
Since most of the 80's are (nearly) equipped identically any help is
appreciated to bring some light into this behavior.
