Sun Cluster 3.0,- share resources across resource group

I have a 2 node cluster (active-passive) implementation. Presently I have a
resource group q_rg.
Group Name Resources
---------- ---------
Resources: q_rg qdb01 oracle_rs oradb_rs oralsnr_rs
q_rs autodb_rs autosys_rs

Now we have a new application, by name p. I would like to create another
resource group p_rg and would like to use resources of
oracle(oracle_rs,oralsnr_rs) and autosys (autodb_rs, auto_rs). This will also
have a new resource, p_rs.
Is there a way I can share resources between resource Group's.
Has anybody done this.
I am trying to architect a solution and any information or guidance will of
help.
Also, can referral material like books, please.
