OpenSSL 0.9.7c vulnerability

hey all,

I've got OpenSSH & OpenSSL installed on the server;
and my question is:
OpenSSH use OpenSSL's libraries, and when I change OpenSSL (due to the
Vulnerability Alert), should I also recompile OpenSSH?
does OpenSSH use dynamically OpenSSL libraries?
