Not a SUMMARY: RSC 2.2?

I have only received one response that I don't understand, so I'm
rephrasing the question:

Where can I download RSC 2.2.1? Following the download link at

http://www.sun.com/servers/rsc_download_readme.html

I get a Server Error in Step 2 for

Going through the Sun Download Center, all I get is version 2.2
