uata: [ID 464412 kern.warning] WARNING: timeout: reset target errors

I have a Netra T105 running Solaris 8, and I am seeing large numbers of
the following messages:

Jan 5 10:35:54 myhost uata: [ID 464412 kern.warning] WARNING: timeout:
reset target chno = 1 targ = 2

I have 3700 of these since Jan 5. The only info I have really seen
indicates a patch, patch 108974-25, although there is nothing that
indicates the specific error.

Any other information, and how I should handle this, is greatly
appreciated. This is a production radius server, so I need to act on
this quickly.
