SUMMARY: Patch 108528-18 install trouble

Sods law. Just after I send this email, I go and check on the console
and it had moved onto the next patch. Many thanks to those of you
who replied _very_ promptly to say it does take a long time for that
patch, sometimes over 45 minutes.
