Solaris v2.6 & Purify problems

I've a Solaris box (SunOS smilex 5.6 Generic_105181-31 sun4u sparc
SUNW,Ultra-5_10) which I use as my compiler server.
I'm using Purify v5.2 with Forte 6U2 for quite some times without any
problems. Still, after applying the latest Solaris recommended patches, I
started to get the following error messages every time I use Purify.
Compiling without it works fine.

Any ideas ?
