problem with Ultra80 Ultra Sparc II processor 450Mhz Solaris 2.6

Hello,

Does anyone recall experiencing any E-cache memory problems on an
Ultra80 Ultra Sparc II processor 450Mhz? There isn't much about it at
sunsolve, I do vaguely recall reading about a bad batch of processor
from SUN, and SUN wrote a E-cache scrubber fix for the problem . I'm
looking for any helpful information or personal experiences would be
appreciated.
