Disabling Control s ?

Would like to disable the "control s" ( stop ) functionality for both
dtterm and xterm. I believe ( I could be wrong though ) Sun
documentation states that ttyModes can be modified in 3 areas:
1). /kernel/drv/options.conf
2). /usr/dt/config/C/sys.resources
3). Local .Xdefaults file

I have also read that to disable a certion keyboard you need only to set
the function to "^?" ( control ? ). My intent is to use the local.
Xdefaults file, but I seem to be having a problem with syntax. I have
tried the following:

DtTerm*ttyModes: stop "control ?"
DtTerm*ttyModes: stop "^?"
DtTerm*ttymodes: stop Control+?
( same for xterm, with replacing DtTerm with XTerm )

However, none of these seem to work. I have been unable to any examples
that indicate syntax.
Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!!

Dale
