Sun cluster 2.2

I've a Sun Cluster 2.2 with Solaris 2.6. During the weekend, when
there is a failover, deporting the diskgroup fails -
pri node attempts to take-over again. However, it fails to mount 1 FS in
diskgroup ( the rest are mounted ) - complains DISK I/O error - unable to=
stat
<filesystem> . Oracle and supporting apps unable to start up.

Would anyone out there can shed a light on this and what is the =

procedure to do a failover test. TIA.
