Diskuite 4.2.1: What happened to the "Soft Partitions" patch?

Several weeks ago I was able to download 108693-06 which supposedly
incorporates the "soft partitions' update to SDS 4.2.1. Upon analysis of
what I had downoaded, it seems that it is exactly the same as what I already
have installed (as part of Solaris 4/01). Updates to this patch on SunSolve
are no longer there. Is this new SDS only available with Solaris 8 10/01 and
no longer availabel as a patch? Would applying MU 5 bring this feature in?
